Fiat 124 Spider by Roadster Salon

The Fiat 124 Spider debuted at the 1966 Turin Motor Show. Penned by Italian design house Pininfarina, the 124 took many of its design influences from the Ferrari 275 GTS. Built around a shortened monoque chassis this rear wheel drive, two seat sports car boasts a four-cylinder, fuel injected, 1995 cc engine which produces a lively 105 bhp. Standard features included a five speed manual transmission giving relaxed touring and 14” alloy wheels.

The 1982 Fiat 124 Spider offered here at Autostorico is finished in Fiat Blue metallic with Blue interior. Having covered an indicated 47,650 miles, this stunning example has just returned from USA where it underwent an extensive restoration by Roadster Salon of Illinois totalling £26,621. Work included; Bare metal re-spray Wheel refurbish, Media blast of the tub and under-chassis, Engine bay detail, Supply new convertible hood. Mechanical overhaul including; Gearbox rebuild, Refurbish braking and suspension system, New shock absorbers, Fuel lines replaced, Electrical system re-fresh, Fuel tank refurbish, Replacement clutch and New bumpers fitted.

Supplied with a current V5 registration document, New MOT and several invoices relating to the restoration
