Aston Martin V8 4.7 Vantage Roadster

The Aston Martin V8 Vantage was built to compete head to head against the Porsche 911. It was the second car to be built at Aston Martins purpose built Gaydon facility. This iconic car used the same technology as its “Big Brother” the DB9 and was built around an aluminium riveted and bonded VH (vertical-horizontal tub). Available in both Coupe and Roadster form the V8 became an instant success. The second generation of the Vantage was introduced in 2008 and showcased the new 4.7 litre V8 engine. The new 4.7 produced 420 bhp which propelled the car from 0-62 mph in just 4.9 secs and onto a top speed of 180 mph. Other notable enhancements included; A revised DBS style dash layout, Glass key, subtle body styling refinements and all new satellite navigation.

The Aston Martin V8 4.7 Vantage Roadster offered here at Autostorico is a 2010 “10 plate” and is finished in Meteorite Silver metallic with Obsidian Black leather interior. Having covered a mere 14,781 miles this stunning example was supplied through Lancaster Reading and boasts a full service history most recently carried out at  14,795 miles in May 2018. Over and above the standard specification our car benefits from: N400 side sills, Clear rear lights, Bluetooth phone system, HID – Xenon headlamps, Satellite navigation, Heated front and memory seats, Power fold door mirrors, Front and rear park control, 19” Alloy wheels, Stone guards, Premium sound system, Cruise control, Auto-dimming mirror, Perforated leather interior, Wind deflector and Aston Martin umbrella and holder.
